Passport
Passports should be valid for at least the next 6 months when you enter India and two totally blank pages. One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp(does not include the page reserved for “observations”.

Application Form
A completed Indian visa application form, cannot be filled by hand. Please ensure the signature is identical to the one on your passport.

Proof of Financial Means
- Evidence of available funds. This should be provided as: A copy of a recent bank statement showing a minimum credit balance of £40 per day of stay.

Multiple Entry Applicants
Applicants requiring a multiple entry visa must submit the following additional document(s): A copy of the approval obtained from the Immigration Department and Applicants must enter Indonesia within three months of visa issuance to validate the visa
